"Refusel Disposal"

Northern Ireland Housing Executive did not have the information requested.

Dear Northern Ireland Housing Executive,
After four weeks of disruption because of a industrial dispute, which is now over. The bins at the FerndaleHouse ,Dunmurry have not been emptied.
The Housing Officer and the Neighbourhood Warden ,did not take the time to come and see the state of the place we call home.I think they should have made it a priority,to have the bins put inside, when they knew that the industrial action was to take place. The caretakers blamed the residents for over loading the bins that where put outside by them, instruction not given by the "Lisburn Office"
What I want to know is regarding the manager of the "Lisburn Office" has he got a plan "B" when industrial disputes happen, after many complaints a letter was put up regarding this problem (Not good enough).
This problem needs to be looked at so as a plan can be put in place under "Health and Safety" as a resident I would like the bins in all "Highrise Flats" to be given priority when industrial action ends to be the first to be emptied,so I ask what is plan "B"

Yours faithfully,

John Leitch
