The Council reasonably requires further information in order to identify and locate the information that you have asked for. I will not be able to take this matter further without extra information from you.

Please could you confirm whether the information required is specifically for missed bin collections or the higher level operating areas.

The information supplied has been provided by the department responsible for the service delivery.

- The number of households who received refuse waste collections in 2018, 2019 and 2020

Number of households receiving waste collections is as follows:
2018-19: 60,750
2019-20 on dataset
2020-21 61,070

- The cost of refuse collection operations for financial years 2018 - 2019, 2019 - 2020 and 2020 - 2021

The figures below are from our government returns (so in the public domain) under the heading ‘Waste Management’.
2018 & 2019 are actuals and 2020 is a budget figure as accounts aren’t closed as yet.

2020-21£2,702,000Budget

The figures include:- Waste collection, Waste disposal, Trade waste, Recycling & Waste minimisation.
They exclude Transport and cleansing
