Dear The Ombudsman Service Limited,

I came to you with a complaint against PayPal who falsely accused me of fraud, blocked my account and withdrew funds of mine. I was accused of an unauthorised payment to myself. Money was taken from my account and paid to the other customer who they claimed accused me, which later came to be untrue as I provided a recorded message to you where the other party involved clearly stated they did not make the claim against me as I was not guilty of this. And made it very clear I was paid for a service I provided ie; building a website for their business. I further provided you evidence where PayPal later stated the unauthorised payment had been made from India. I reside in London U.K and my ip address could be clearly seen where it was signed in from at the time!. You have since made your final decision where you are in favour of PayPal and their offer to reimburse the 100 euro they took out of what they called "good gesture"! No apology and you have up held that I was not accused of fraud!. The U.K law states that fraud is defined as which I have already pointed out to you. http://www.sfo.gov.uk/fraud/what-is-frau... . Yet you appear to disagree!.

I would like to request a response to what your definition of fraud is and why you continue to ignore British law in favour of the large corporations rather than the consumers. This is the second time I have been falsely accused of fraud by PayPal and you have ignored it.

For all who may be interested there is a petition that I have already signed that would call for the FOS to adhere to Common Law and its true responsibility to the general public.
