Dear Mr McCloy

Thank you for your response.

The reason that I asked you to contact me is because in your original request you asked for the following information.

The number of patients broken down by age: 0-5 years and 5 years onwards, who arrived at the Minor Injury Unit in the Mid-Ulster Hospital, Magherafelt but had to be referred to another A&E department as the treatment the patient required could not be administered within that Unit, between 24 May 2005 and 28 May 2005.

The Minor Injury Unit at the Mid-Ulster Hospital in Magherafelt did not open until May 2010.

Would you please confirm the exact period that you require the information for?

Best regards,
Brian
