- any which detail how contractors have been specifically tasked to ensure that all refurbishment/repairs are in full compliance with the Council’s Supplementary Planning Guidance “REPAIRS AND ALTERATIONS TO LISTED BUILDINGS”; and

- any which detail how contractors have been specifically tasked to address legacy negative features identified in the Council’s CONSERVATION AREA AUDIT & MANAGEMENT PROPOSALS “PAGE STREET” published in 2010.

In addition, grateful for any documentation which outlines the Council’s plans for delivering against those legacy negative features and other issues identified in the above mentioned 2010 Conservation Area report.
