Thank you for your enquiry.

If an application has not been completed within 28 days of submission,
including returning any completion forms requested, it automatically
expires and gets cancelled.

If you have not completed this process for your application a refund is
automatically issued when the application expires and should be received
within 3 weeks of the cancellation date.
