Refund for faulty TV

We're waiting for Ronnie sessions to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear The Ombudsman Service Limited,

I bought a lg tv through a company called marashopping it was via Amazon unfortunately the tv is broke and I've contacted Amazon and marashopping a few times also had lg come out and try and mend but they said it's beyond repair so gave me a BER letter to replace or refund for the tv but I am getting no where with the refund and this is been going on now since 26 October 2015 I've kept all emails etc but need to know what to do next I'm a single mum on benefits and had to save to get this TV and can not afford to replace it until I get this refund so my children have no tv in the mean time
