Would you please clarify the following in relation to your recent Freedom of Information Request 104218?

"What they mean by ‘heart failure diagnostic clinics’ and whether they are referring to ERS (GP) referrals? It would be helpful to also point out that we only have data back to Nov 2020. Please also clarify:
- Would they like all referrals received (or only those which are accepted)?
- Would they like us to make an assumption about the breakdown between Heart Failure and Inherited Cardiac Conditions or provide the total for both (as we only have the total number – and so any breakdown has to be based on an assumed %)
Please provide as much detail as possible so that we can fully understand your request. If we do not receive any clarification within three months, we will assume that you no longer require the information requested."
