Referrals of victims and witnesses of crime

Please treat the following as a request for the disclosure of information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

I am requesting information about the sharing of information regarding individuals who report having witnessed or been a victim of crime with the National Command and Control Unit of the Home Office.

Please disclose the number of contacts made with the Command and Control Unit of the Home Office by officers from the MPS regarding

1) Witnesses of crime
2) Victims of crime

Please disclose the number of such referrals made monthly, for all of
