Dear Robert Smyth
Thank you for your email of 4 August 2022, in which you ask for

Your request has been handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000

The HCPC does not hold the above information you have requested. This is
because it is not a mandatory requirement for registrants to inform us
where they are employed.
5 In each of the of the calender years:2018, 2019 2020, 2021 and 2022 how
many referrals has the HCPC received for registrants employed at NIAS.
Please break this done as to how the registrant was referred, eg self,
employer , public etc
6 what were the outcomes of the referrals?
The below table shows data extracted from our case management system.
However please note, we don’t hold employer data for all cases in
reportable format, therefore the below data may not be complete. To
provide you with complete data would require that we conduct a manual
review of fitness to practise cases received in each of the calendar years
within the scope of your request. This would exceed the appropriate cost
limit under Section 12 of the FOIA, that being £450. Staff time can be
charged at £25 per hour, this equates to 18 hours before the limit is met.
