Dear Competition and Markets Authority,

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, in particular, the following question under the Freedom of Information Act.

Could you provide information relating to the aforementioned subsidy referral for FlyDoncaster Limited?

1. The original submission by City of Doncaster Council or its aviation consultants in respect of the self referral including projections.

2. All third party submissions made by airport operators eg Leeds Bradford Airport, Regional and City Airports (Rigby) but not wholly exclusive to the aforementioned operators.

3. Any other relevant submissions to the unit.
