Please can you supply

1) A copy of all the LM DMA Referrals guides that gave guidance to JCP Advisers on how to refer to LM DMA, that were in operation between 1/8/2011 and 1/9/2011,

2) The date the DART Referrals system was introduced to JCP Offices in South Yorkshire District.

Section

AR Code JSA/710 – Refusal / Failure to Accept Employment

It says under

Guidance

"59.Further information can be found in the Refusal and failure to apply for or accept employment chapter of the Labour Market Conditions Guide"

I notice that the "Labour Market Conditions Guide" is not included in the release of documents.

Therefore.

Could you please supply a copy of the Labour Market Conditions Guide that was in operation between 1/8/2011 and 1/9/2011
