Dear Prudential Regulation Authority,

Redwood Bank - Letters of Compliance for Capital and Governance

My local authority Warrington Borough Council have invested as a shareholder in a bank called Redwood Financial Partners Ltd (Company No. 09760209). This was a start up bank in 2017. This bank in turn is a 90% shareholder in the associated Redwood Bank Ltd (Company No. 9872265)

The council report in a February 2019 Executive Board Minute that:

"The Prudential Regulatory Authority (PRA) have continued their regular visits to the Bank to review compliance for capital and governance. In line with existing PRA processes a formal letter to the Bank is issued within five working weeks following each meeting. "

Would you let me have copies of all the formal letters that have been sent to either of the two banks mentioned above since 2017 inclusive.

Many thanks.

Richard Buttrey
