Dear Liverpool John Moores University,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Liverpool John Moores University's handling of my FOI request 'Redundancy statistics by Year'.
Response to question 8 - The University applied one basis for calculating enhanced redundancy payments.
This answer is factually incorrect. Please provide a factually correct answer.
Response to question 9 - Voluntary redundancy has been offered to employees during periods when the University is seeking to restructure specific functions or to reduce the size of its workforce.
Can you please clarify how the 'restructure of specific functions' is different from the basis for mandatory redundancy? This is not clear from the response. What is the alternative basis from which mandatory redundancies are derived?
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/r...
Yours faithfully,
J Davies
