Please let me have the number of redundancy payments made to Staff over the financial years 2013-2014, and 2014-2015, in the categories, £25,000-£50,000 and £50,000 and above

2013/14 = Nil in the categories listed
2014/15 = 1 in £50K + category

Please note for 2014/15 figures are up to 31.10.2014.

Since the only senior person to have been redundant this year is the Deputy CEO, this must relate to her. So EDDC have paid her over £50,000 to go; presumably with a gagging order. Any comments?

Do we know that Ms Lyon was made redundant rather than simply resign?

Dear East Devon District Council,

Thank you for this information. Accordingly I understand that a redundancy payment of over £50,000 was made to a senior member of staff last year. You have refused to give me details of this payment or that to Ms Lyon when she left, but I must point out that, (see link below), that you must publish these details in your annual accounts. Please confirm that you will do this in July this year.
