Please could you provide the information asked for in the request above.
Yours faithfully,
P Seurre
Dear Department for Culture, Media and Sport,
Please could you confirm that you recieved this request?
It has been suggested to me that I should lay out in more detail what I would like to see as a result of this request rather than simply refer to another one, so I have included a more detailed request below.
As you may or may not be aware British Telecom's tests of Phorm's systems resulted in questions being asked by the EU commission in a letter from Mr. Colasanti and ended up with court action being started against the UK government. This court action has now been concluded.
Please could you provide me with a copy of any correspondance between the British government and the EU commission in regards to Phorm or the concerns the EU commission in regards to the UK's implementation of PECR, as well as any correspondance sent during the court case. This should preferably include the initial response sent back to Mr Colasanti after he sent his letter in 2008.
Yours faithfully,
P Seurre
Dear Department for Culture, Media and Sport,
Please be aware that unless I recieve a reply before the 27th February explaining to me why I should wait any longer than the legal 20 working day limit I will be requesting an internal review.
The delays during my previous requests were bad enough and I have no intention of allowing the same situation to develop again. Failure to comply with either this limit or a reply within a reasonable time limit for the internal review will also be included in any complaint that I send to the ICO.
Yours faithfully,
P Seurre
