Shirley Magnitsky

Dear Sir or Madam,

I'm writing to clarify a few points regarding the redevelopment of the St Andrews Hospital Site in Bow E3.

1. How much was the site originally bought for using 'Thames Gateway Funding' and when. If possible and without imposing any restrictions, from whom.

2. How much was the site sold for and to whom, ie was it Barratt or Circle Anglia or both?

3. What happened to this money, was it pumped into other projects?

4. How much has the London Development Agency provided in the way of grants, loans or otherwise to the development partners. Please try to be specific.

5. What is the overall projected or otherwise cost of the development?

6. How much funding have other development partners allocated into the scheme. Please include the HCA and Tower Hamlets.

If any of the questions provoke any restrictions in any way, please alert me to the fact and advise me of where i can alter the request to provide me with the greatest amount of information allowed.

Yours faithfully,

Shirley Magnitsky

[2]Creating better futures is the LDA's guide to who we are and what we
will be doing in 2010/11. It follows our annual public meeting earlier
this month where we set out the Agency's priorities moving forward.

We are often an unseen partner, but most Londoners are affected by our
work. Our investments, influence and innovative approach make real
improvements and help unlock London's potential.

The LDA wants to work in partnership with businesses, London's boroughs
and third sector bodies - any organisation that can turn our plans for
the capital's economic development into action.

We aim to make a difference in six key areas:

* Getting London working
* Supporting London's businesses
* Building better places in London
* Investing in London's low carbon future
* Getting the most from the 2012 Games
* Promoting London to the world

[3]Creating better futures highlights the LDA's way of working as we
look to improve how we engage with our stakeholders.

We look forward to working with you in the future and updating you on
our joint progress towards building an even greater London.

Kind regards,

LDA Communications
