Dear Transport for London,
Please can you tell me how many enquiries were received via the following web form, and how many of these enquiries received a response (this form can also be found by searching online for 'red route contacts', following the link and then clicking the 'Make an Enquiry' button):

If possible, please provide monthly figures for the period 1 June 2019 to 31 May 2020 inclusive, broken down into the types 'Penalty charges and enforcement' and 'General enquiry' as per the options on the form. If this breakdown is not possible, please provide figures for the nearest interval and period available.
