Thank you for your recent email requesting a review of your Freedom of

Unfortunately your initial request was not passed on to our Freedom of
Information team and as a result I sincerely apologise for the delay in
getting back to you.

I can confirm that questions 1 to 7 of your request refer to Kent Highway
services which are delivered by Kent County Council and I have attached a
link to their website for further details.   You can also contact the FOI

In addition, I can confirm that Tunbridge Wells Borough Council does not
issue PCNs for any box junctions within the Borough.
