The Council's response to your request is set out below:

The Council’s Municipal Waste Management Strategy was adopted in December 2006 which provides an overview of the contaminated bin monitoring process. This document is attached.

Waste related policies were summarised again in a cabinet report in 2011, which is also attached. This included the green bin monitoring process. Waste related policies were reviewed again in 2015 and 2016. The associated cabinet papers are attached.
