The request was partially successful.

As part of some general research I am undertaking, not specifically related to Brighton, I have been told of your recent changes in collection operations. I would be very grateful if you could please could you advise me of the following:

a) Overall recycling rates for 2011/12, 2012/13 & 2013/14;

b) If possible a breakdown of recycling rates between areas where communal bins have been introduced and areas with traditional kerbside collections;

c) Number of missed collections recorded for each of those same years; again if possible broken down by the type of collection;

d) The responses to the recycling survey undertaken prior to the introduction of communal bins in some areas of the City; in summary, by percentage or however published or made available for councillors.

I would be happy to receive your response by email and thank you in advance for your kind assistance.
