Dear Abdul,

office today, 7th May 2020. I would ask for confirmation as to the meaning
of "policies" (beneath) please in order that I am able to respond to your
enquiry. Do you mean what is the policy of the university during lockdown
in relation to recruitment or something different?
"What policies do you have in place to do with the recruitment of new
staff during the pandemic?
How will interviews be conducted?"

Thank you for your freedom of information request received by this office
on 7th May 2020 and please accept my apologies for the slight delay in
this response. I would respond to your question as beneath (red narrative)
"What policies do you have in place to do with the recruitment of new
 staff during the pandemic?   How will interviews be conducted?"

We are continuing to follow our normal recruitment process, albeit with
aspects of the process undertaken remotely.

Interviews are being conducted via Microsoft Teams rather than face to
face.
