Dear City of York Council,

For the Council’s Human Resources and Workforce Development Teams, please can you let me have the following information:

1. Structure chart showing reporting lines and numbers of full time equivalents people employed in each post
2. Job Profiles (or equivalent document eg job descriptions, person specification) for each of the posts showing on the structure chart, with post grade included
3. Council’s salary scales
4. The total number of vacancies qhich have arised in these teams in each of the last 3 years, including the job title of each vacancy, whether it was a full time or part time vacancy, if the vacancy was advertised internally only (ie to existing Council staff only), internally then externally (ie to members of the public at large) or internally and externally at the same time and whether the vacancy was filled by an internal (existing employee of the Council) or external candidate.
