Dear Worcestershire County Council,

I am interested in recent recruitment freezes/limitations within Worcestershire Library Service (including The Hive).

1. In which time periods, if any, from 2010 to present has there been a recruitment freeze within Worcestershire Library Service (or any of its individual constituent libraries if the freeze has not been service-wide)? By recruitment freeze, I mean that vacant posts are not filled.
2. In which time periods, if any, from 2010 to present has there been a restriction on recruitment such that all new posts/filled vacant posts are temporary contracts.
