Dear G Webber

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request concerning “recruitment
exercise FPJFTT18.

It might be helpful if I explain that this exercise is intended to be
vague as it is a mock exercise created for the dry run for the Fee-Paid
Judge of First Tier Tribunal Qualifying Test. It is only open to
individuals who have agreed to be a volunteer dry runner.  Such
individuals are excluded  from applying when the actual vacancy goes
live.  We use the live site because we want an authentic user experience
and because some dry run candidates have struggled in the past with the
additional verification required to use our staging site.

I trust this explains the position, but do come back to me if you require
additional information.

Regards
