Thank you for your Freedom of Information, received by North Lincolnshire
Council on the 27th June requesting information as shown;
Please confirm whether any electronic system is used to administer the
vacancy management process

Please advise whether interview panel members receive any training in
recruitment and selection, and if so what form this training takes.
How does the Council ensure that the process is fair and unbiased? If
available, please provide a copy of your recruitment and selection policy.

Further, please confirm the arrangements in place for ensuring
confidentiality of interview records and the data retention periods for
both successful and unsuccessful candidates and details of the
arrangements for informing candidates.

The information you have requested is possibly exempt from disclosure
under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) with the application of an
exemption that requires us to carry out a 'Public Interest Test'.

This is a process that considers whether the public interest in
withholding the information is greater than that in releasing it. The FOIA
allows organisations an additional twenty working days to carry out this
process. We hope to provide you with a decision by 22nd August.
