from receipt (Data Protection access requests).

Our Response

 

Please note the employee has the right to disclose their personal
information regarding nationality or religion is not a requirement by the
authority. Therefore information provided is based on those staff members
who have selected British Muslim within the HR system.

 

The data retention period regarding the data requested is 7 years
therefore no recorded information held from 2010.  Statistical figures are
not given where the number is 5 or less as this could lead to the
identification of individual members of staff.

New starters with British Muslim Nationality and Religion entered onto HR

 3. We have a number less than 5 with regards to members of staff in a
Communications role where the religion field British Muslim has been
