I can only give you details back as far as our conversion to an Academy in
February 2019. From this date we had a new DfE number and so we are now a
different organisation. Prior to this date the information would be held
by Oxfordshire County Council as we were a maintained school. All staff
were employed by them.

We have recruited 4 British Muslims since Feb 2019, 1 in 2020, 2 in 2021
and 1 in 2022

The average length of service is 6 months for these recruits.

3. How many British Muslims have you employed in communications/media
roles since 2010?
None since February 2019
I have only included new recruits since our time as part of the Riving
Learning Trust. For further information for the time preceding this please
contact Oxfordshire County Council who should have all of these records.
