I write to your request under the Freedom of Information Act made on 11
March 2022 regarding Recruitment and retention of British Pakistanis (our
reference FOI26).
1. Aylesbury Town Council is a small council with less than 50 employees.
Since 2010 the council has not recruited any British Pakistanis in
permanent roles but has recruited 9 casual members of staff of British
Asian descent.
2. The average length the causal workers work with the council is 2
years.
3. We have not employed any British Pakistanis in communications/media
roles since 2010.
