Dear Rabyah
As the recording of religion falls under Sensitive Information some
employees state that they 'prefer not to say' or leave it blank.
However, from the information we hold I can confirm as follows:
23 employees were employed by the College during the period who reported
their religion as Muslim.
11 of the employees have now left the College and the average length of
service was 3.5 years.
12 employees still remain employed by the College; 2 joined in 2015, 4
joined in 2016, 1 joined in 2018, 4 joined in 2021 and 1 joined in 2022.
None of the employees worked in a communcations role.
