Please find below the information WCG is able to provide. 
WCG asks its employees to complete a declaration for equality monitoring
purposes. The completion of the declaration is voluntary and is not
something that WCG requires or mandates its employees to complete.
Therefore, some employees choose not to complete the declaration.
WCG does not ask for information about ethnicity or religion in the form
provided in your email, i.e. British Muslim. Therefore, WCG can only
confirm that 0.6% of employees who completed the equality monitoring
declaration declared that they follow the Islamic faith.
