1. How many British Muslim employees have you recruited? Please provide figures for every year since 2010.

Zero. Please note - for both internal and external vacancies, for recruitment monitoring purposes we record data on the protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010 (e.g. age, disability, marriage and civil partnership, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation). Our records show that for all vacancies recruited to, from 2010 to present, there have been 4 applicants that identified as British Muslim.

2. What is the average length of service?

N/A

3. How many British Muslims have you employed in communications/media roles since 2010?

Zero. Please note – since 2010, NWBC has only had one external vacancy in a communications/media role, and there were no applicants that identified as British Muslim.
