Please see below response to your Freedom of Information request.

1. How many British Muslim employees have you recruited? Please provide figures for every year since 2010. 2. What is the average length of service?

We can only give relevant data from 2018 when the school joined the Trust. Previously the school was part of the local authority and therefore we cannot provide information before that time. A new MIS has been introduced with data being recorded in a different way so we can only provide information as it appears now.

2021:
2 gave their ethnicity and religion as Pakistani Muslim but have a British citizen passport. Both are still in service and one has done 7 months and one 5 months.
2020:
1 gave their ethnicity and religion as Pakistani Muslim but has a British citizen passport - is still in service and has 19 months service.

2018:
None

3. How many British Muslims have you employed in communications/media roles since 2010?
We do not have these roles.
