We have dealt with your request in accordance with your ‘right to know’

1. How many British Muslim employees have you recruited? Please provide
figures for every year since 2010.

2. What is the average length of service?

3. How many British Muslims have you employed in communications/media
roles since 2010?’

We can confirm that we hold some of the information within the scope of
your request.

We have addressed each element of your request separately below, however,
please note that our Academy converted from Local Authority control in
2014. Unfortunately, we do not hold any of the statistics that you have
requested from before that time.

1. How many British Muslim employees have you recruited? Please provide
figures for every year since 2010 –

2015: 1

2016: 2

2017:  2

2018:  0

2019:  0

2020: 0

2022: 1

2. What is the average length of service? – since 2014 the average length
of service is 4 years.

3. How many British Muslims have you employed in communications/media
roles since 2010? – We have not advertised or recruited any post in a
communication or media role since we have managed the school.
