1. How many British Muslim employees have you recruited? Please
provide figures for every year since 2010.

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is the operational name of Aneurin Bevan University Local Health Board
2. What is the average length of service?
The average length of service for staff identified as British Muslim currently
employed in the Health Board is 5-10 years. Please note this figure includes
new starters.
Over 50% of current staff in post in the Health Board who have identified as
British Muslims have a length of service between 5 and 30 years.
Please note this information does not include Junior Doctors as their
contracts are rotational between various Health Boards.
3. How many British Muslims have you employed in
communications/media roles since 2010?"
The Health Board has not employed any individuals in the Communications
team who have identified themselves as a British Muslim for the above
period.
If you are not satisfied that the information you have requested has been
provided, or because of the way your request has been handled, you have the
right to request a review. This would be looked into in accordance with the
Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) guidelines, which state that a request
for review should be received within two months of you receiving the Health
Board’s response to your request for information.
