Please may you complete my Freedom of Information request answering the below questions:
1. Please provide the names, job titles, and any contact details (email addresses and phone numbers) of key individuals responsible for recruitment within Cardiff Council.
2. Who are the designated HR representatives or recruitment managers for each department within the Council?
3. Does Cardiff Council engage with any external recruitment agencies? If so, please provide the names of these agencies and the contact details of the representatives managing Cardiff Council’s account and the staff who are engaging with them.
4. Please provide copies of any documented policies or guidelines that outline Cardiff Council’s recruitment processes.
5. What is the typical timeframe between a vacancy becoming available and it being filled?
6. Please provide an up to date organizational chart or list of Cardiff Council departments, including the names of the department heads or managers.
7. For each department, please specify the number of current employees and any ongoing recruitment initiatives.
8. Are there any departments within Cardiff Council that have unique recruitment processes or criteria? If so, please provide details.
9. How does the recruitment process differ between temporary and permanent positions within Cardiff Council?
10. Are there specific departments that rely more heavily on temporary staff? Please provide details.

In regards to Q11, Do you mean a post within Finance or do you mean a job
title with the wording of Finance in it?
