dated 2^nd May 2023 relating to recruitment agency spend.

Information Provided

I can confirm that the Open University holds the information which
constitutes information falling within the scope of your request. Please
see the response to your request highlighted below in blue:

Please could you provide me with the total value of spend on staff
recruitment agencies, which agencies were used, and how much was spent
with each agency for the academic year 2022/2023?

Please note that the 2022/2023 academic year does not end until July 2023
and therefore we have provided information based on the first 6 months of
this academic year (1^st August 2022 to 31^st January 2023).

Please see the table below detailing the total spend, agencies used and
spend per agency. Please note that the figures below include VAT and are
the total spend on temporary staff as well as the recruitment as we are
unable to separate this information out.

the University Secretary or his delegate.  Your request must be submitted
within 40 working days of receipt of this letter/email. Reviews should be

out the reasons for the review.   You will have a further right of appeal
