Further to your Freedom of Information request–

 

Please could you provide me with the total value of spend on staff
recruitment agencies, which agencies were used, and how much was spent
with each agency for the academic years 2018/2019, 2019/2020 and
2020/2021?

Ulster University’s response is attached. Please note the figures shown
are not the amount paid to the agency for its services but also includes
the amount paid to staff engaged through the agencies.

 

If you are unhappy with how the University has dealt with your request you
may raise the matter under the University's internal review process for
FOI requests. Please submit written details of your appeal to Clare
Jamison, University Secretary, University of Ulster, Coleraine BT52 1SA,

undertake to issue a decision on an appeal within 20 working days of
receipt.

 

If you do not wish to submit an appeal to the University in relation to
