Please enrol the apprentices and send the packs up to me with post its

I will work with Johnnie and we will get the issues resolved.

In the meantime, we must get these students started and into the

Hi Linda, could you authorise student admin to proceed with the LCC packs
that have email authority from line managers opposed to wet signatures to
be enrolled?

I am concerned that these packs still haven’t been processed and put on
DAS as we are well outside our 20 day contractual agreement with the
client to do this.

Many thanks,

Johnnie

Hi Linda,

Admin have some Lancs County Council degree apprenticeship packs for
enrolment, without employer signatures on the ASCS form or the App
Agreement.

We have had e-mails from them (examples attached), but I am not convinced
that this is sufficient. I know there was an exception made for a pile of
Cumbria County Council sign-ups, which didn’t have signatures, though
these did have an employer signature on their own apprenticeship agreement
in all the packs.

Please advise…

Thanks,

Chris

Thanks Chris.

We have had a directive some weeks ago from Maxine and Linda that an
employee signature was not required and an email (which is included in the
packs) would suffice for enrolment. This again was also the case with the
already enrolled student, Birkbeck so I don’t see an issue?

I will speak to Helen to request the necessary from Laura re: part time
learner.

Cheers,

Johnnie
