Can you confirm whether internal staff complete the entire recruitment process when switching roles such the fitness test or are internal staff exempt?

the delay, please find the Trust's response below.  Your request has been
allocated the following reference: 13364, please could you quote this
reference in any future correspondence with the Trust.

Could you please breakdown recruit projections for 2018 from January to
December 2018:

 

Number of student paramedics - 66 planned spaces on courses (subject to
successful recruitment) Jan-Mar 2018

Number of IAP - 0

Number of AAP - 24 planned spaces on courses (subject to successful
recruitment) Jan-Mar 2018

Number of call handler and dispatcher - Call Handler: 26   Dispatcher: 20

 

Can you confirm whether internal staff complete the entire recruitment
process when switching roles such the fitness test or are internal staff
exempt?

This would depend on the role that internal staff are applying for.  For
example if a frontline emergency worker was applying for another frontline
role in a  higher grade, they would not necessarily be required to
complete a fitness test, if they have already completed this as part of
their original application, unless the role applied for required
additional levels of testing (i.e. such as HART).
