Further to your request, please find the response below.

1- 3. ICT does not have these roles and are not recruiting for any cyber
security roles.

4. The Council does not have the roles of Information Security Manager /
Chief Information Officer.

The Information Security Manager equivalent role at SDC would require a
degree or comparable qualification in IT.

The Chief Information Officer equivalent role at SDC would be the Head of
Law and Governance. Please see the response for item 5 for the
qualifications.

5. The Senior Information Risk Owner
• is a qualified lawyer with understanding of the legal principles;
• has experience re data management;
• attended data management and SIRO-related courses and will attend a
further refresher next year; and
• is also then empowered under the constitution to act as such.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. An internal review request should be
submitted in writing within 40 working days of receiving the original
reply and should be addressed to:
