Recoverable Hardship Payments LEAP Exercise (no 3)
Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Following on my previous FOIA requests on the Recoverable Hardship Payment LEAP Exercise (hereafter ‘the RHP LEAP exercise’) (Ref: FOI2023/23724 and FOI2023/36492), I am narrowing my requests in order to meet the proportionate cost limit.
Please provide the following information:
1. "Impact analysis" of the RHP LEAP exercise (required by the ‘LEAP Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) guidance’ at p. 3)
2. The Equality Impact Assessment or Equality Analysis pertaining to the RHP LEAP exercise.
In case the request still exceeds the cost limit, please prioritise question 1.
Yours faithfully,
Jagna Olejniczak
