Dear Haringey Borough Council,
I made an FOI request to you in relation to the OnSide youth zone decision.
You have not replied in the requisite time, which is particularly unfortunate, as it could seem that your delay is in relation to the Call Ins of the decision with Labour and Libdem Councillors have made and which were heard by the Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 29.03.18.
The information was necessary as background to my Deputation speech to that Call In meeting, and your delay looks suspicious in that context.
Please supply me with the information requested by return.

Thank you

Yours faithfully,

Ceri Williams

2018.

I am dealing with your request on behalf of my colleague Sue Dyos but I
need more time to collate information before I am able to respond to you.

now expect to respond to you by 6 April 2018.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Haringey Borough Council,
I am very disappointed not to have received a reply in the proper timeframe. My request was not complicated, and should not require such a delay.
On 6 April at 10am the Leader is going to be signing a decision in a meeting open to the public in relation to this matter, and it looks suspicious that you are delaying giving me the information until after that meeting.

Please provide the information by 9am on 6 April in order to avoid this suspicion of deliberate delay.

I would still like you to conduct an internal review as to why the information has come so late.

Many thanks
Yours faithfully,

Ceri Williams

Dear Haringey Borough Council,
It is now 17.00 on 5 April, the day on which you promised me that your delayed replies to my FOIs about OnSide youth zone would be answered.
It looks to me as if you have delayed giving me the answers so that they could not be publicised at the Cabinet Signing this morning of the decision to give cash and land to OnSide.
However, now the signing has, shamefully, gone ahead, in the teeth of so much local concern - from MPs, secondary heads, NUT/NEU, both local Labour Parties, the Libdems, and your own Overview and Scrutiny Committee, surely there's no problem in giving me the answers?
Please release the information?
Many thanks
Yours faithfully,

Ceri Williams
