Freedom of Information, Norfolk County Council

Dear Daniel Hill,

I apologise for the time taken to respond to your enquiries. We are
confident that the full scope of your enquiries would exceed the
appropriate limit for compliance, and so rely on exemption under section
12 of the Freedom of Information Act. This is because the cost of locating
and retrieving the information exceeds the "appropriate limit" of £450 as
stated in the Freedom of Information & Data Protection (Appropriate Limit
& Fees) Regulations 2004. For many of these enquiries the specific
information requested may not be held at all, and other information is not
held in a central repository and so would require considerable officer
time in order to locate and manually review records in order to comply.

Notwithstanding the above, and bearing in mind the considerable delay in
responding to you, we have been able to provide the following responses
for which I have kept your original numbering so that you can easily
compare to your original enquiries.
