Request for Information - 2016/13223 -  Records held under The Licensing
Act 2003

I refer to your request for information received on 20/06/2016.  Please
see the information below in response to your request: -

A full list of all premises who have the sale of alcohol by retail on
their premises. The list needs to contain the following:-

Premises Name

Premises Licence Holders Name

Full Postal Address

Telephone number for Premise as well as email addresses Designated
Premises Supervisors Name

Please refer to the attached Excel document which contains our response,
other than direct contact details.

Under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the Council is
under no obligation to provide a copy of the requested information if that
information is reasonably accessible to the applicant by other means. 
Please be advised that all premises licences issued by this Authority can
be found on our website, including any other information, if held, at:-

All the information sought can, therefore, be found on the public
register. However, in order to assist you, please find attached an Excel
Spreadsheet containing the name and address of all premises holding a
premises licence in the borough for the sale of alcohol for consumption
off the premises, on the premises and on and off the premises. The
spreadsheet also provides the name of the DPS. The name of each licence
holder and any contact details can be found from the public register.
