Freedom of Information Act request

Records held under the Licensing Act 2003

Thank you for your request made under the Freedom of Information Act on
28^th April 2014 with regards to this Authority providing you with a list
of “all premises who have the sale of alcohol by retail on their
premises”. You asked for the following details and that they be provided
to you in a spread sheet (XLS) format:

·       Premises Name

·       Premises Licence Holder(s) Name

·       Full Postal Address

·       Telephone number for Premises, and

·       Name of the Designated Premises Supervisor

Please therefore find attached two separate Excel spread sheets providing
what I believe to be the requested information.  The first provides a list
of all Premises Licences at the granted status as of 6^th May 2014, all of
which include the licensable activity of the ‘retail sale of alcohol’ for
consumption ‘ON’ the premises.  The second is identical in nature except
that it relates to consumption both ‘ON’ and ‘OFF’ the premises.

Please note that where two or more parties hold a Premises Licence that
the report duplicates an entry.  Unfortunately there is no way around this
and therefore if you so wish may I recommend you identify the duplicates
by way of a search in Excel and amend as necessary. I hope the information
deals with your request in a satisfactory manner.

have the right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests
