Recording of Psychological Injuries

Currently waiting for a response from Humberside Police, they must respond promptly and normally no later than (details).

Could you please provide copies of your policy and procedure for recording psychological injuries on duty for (i) police officers (ii) police staff for the years 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018?
