Recorded convictions for driving offences
Dear South Wales Police,
I’m looking to obtain please the below information for Robins and Day from July 2015 to June 2017 (or whenever data is available for) for the Swansea, Newport and Cardiff areas if possible, please.
Please can you provide the information requested below:
Mobile phone offences
1. Number of recorded convictions given to drivers under the age of 25 for using a phone at the wheel, broken down by region (whichever geographical break is most convenient) and month from July 2015 to June 2017 (or whenever data is available for)
2. Total number of points and fines issued to drivers under the age of 25 for using a mobile phone at the wheel in, broken down by region (whichever geographical break is most convenient) and month from July 2015 to June 2017 (or whenever data is available for)
Speeding offences
1. Number of recorded convictions given to drivers under the age of 25 for speeding, broken down by region (whichever geographical break is most convenient) and month from July 2015 to June 2017 (or whenever data is available for)
2. Total number of points and fines issued to drivers under the age of 25 speeding, broken down by region (whichever geographical break is most convenient) and month from July 2015 to June 2017 (or whenever data is available for)
Seat belt offences
1. Number of recorded convictions given to drivers under the age of 25 for seatbelt offences, broken down by region (whichever geographical break is most convenient) and month from July 2015 to June 2017 (or whenever data is available for)
2. Total number of points and fines issued to drivers under the age of 25 for seatbelt offences, broken down by region (whichever geographical break is most convenient) and month from July 2015 to June 2017 (or whenever data is available for)
Drink driving offences
1. Number of recorded convictions given to drivers under the age of 25 for drink driving offences, broken down by region (whichever geographical break is most convenient) and month from July 2015 to June 2017 (or whenever data is available for)
2. Total number of points and fines issued to drivers under the age of 25 for drink driving offences, broken down by region (whichever geographical break is most convenient) and month from July 2015 to June 2017 (or whenever data is available for)
Driving without insurance
1. Number of recorded convictions given to drivers under the age of 25 for driving without insurance, broken down by region (whichever geographical break is most convenient) and month from July 2015 to June 2017 (or whenever data is available for)
2. Total number of points and fines issued to drivers under the age of 25 for driving without insurance, broken down by region (whichever geographical break is most convenient) and month from July 2015 to June 2017 (or whenever data is available for)
