1.            Number of recorded convictions given to drivers under the
age of 25 for using a phone at the wheel, broken down by region (whichever
geographical break is most convenient) and month from July 2015 to June
2017 (or whenever data is available for)

2.            Total number of points and fines issued to drivers under the
age of 25 for using a mobile phone at the wheel in, broken down by region
(whichever geographical break is most convenient) and month from July 2015
to June 2017 (or whenever data is available for)

Speeding offences

1.            Number of recorded convictions given to drivers under the
age of 25 for speeding, broken down by region (whichever geographical
break is most convenient) and month from July 2015 to June 2017 (or
whenever data is available for)

2.            Total number of points and fines issued to drivers under the
age of 25 speeding, broken down by region (whichever geographical break is
most convenient) and month from July 2015 to June 2017 (or whenever data
is available for)

Seat belt offences

1.            Number of recorded convictions given to drivers under the
age of 25 for seatbelt offences, broken down by region (whichever
geographical break is most convenient) and month from July 2015 to June
2017 (or whenever data is available for)

2.            Total number of points and fines issued to drivers under the
age of 25 for seatbelt offences, broken down by region (whichever
geographical break is most convenient) and month from July 2015 to June
2017 (or whenever data is available for)

Drink driving offences

1.            Number of recorded convictions given to drivers under the
age of 25 for drink driving offences, broken down by region (whichever
geographical break is most convenient) and month from July 2015 to June
2017 (or whenever data is available for)

2.            Total number of points and fines issued to drivers under the
age of 25 for drink driving offences, broken down by region (whichever
geographical break is most convenient) and month from July 2015 to June
2017 (or whenever data is available for)

Driving without insurance

1.            Number of recorded convictions given to drivers under the
age of 25 for driving without insurance, broken down by region (whichever
geographical break is most convenient) and month from July 2015 to June
2017 (or whenever data is available for)

2.            Total number of points and fines issued to drivers under the
age of 25 for driving without insurance, broken down by region (whichever
geographical break is most convenient) and month from July 2015 to June
2017 (or whenever data is available for)

Your request will now be considered and you will receive a response within
the statutory timescale as defined by the Act, subject to the information
not being exempt. In some circumstances West Yorkshire Police may be
unable to achieve this deadline. If this is likely you will be informed at
the earliest opportunity. If you no longer require the information, please
inform us at your earliest convenience.
