Under the Companies Act 2006 all companies are obliged to comply with certain duties in relation to keeping internal records of their decision making procedures.

I would therefore like to know in detail what forms of data storage are used in relation to directors' resolutions and shareholders' resolutions and what system or software is used to administer and retrieve this information. For example:
